Jagan: Babu is behind murders of YSRCP leaders

Hyderabad, May 4, 2015: YSR Congress Party President Y.S.Jaganmohan Reddy, accompanied by his party senior leaders and some MLAs, has called on the Governor ESL Narasimhan at Raj Bhavan here on Monday and sought CBI investigation into the attacks on, and murders of, his party activists and leaders. Later, Jagan Mohan Reddy told reporters outside Raj Bhavan they had sought a CBI probe into the attacks on YSRCP activists and their murders . "Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, with the cooperation of DGP ,is facilitating the murders of YSRCP leaders," Jagan Mohan Reddy said, adding that DGP used to have his breakfast at the Minister's residence whenever he visits Anantapuram. Referring to the brutal murder of YSRCP leader Sivaprasada Reddy at Raptadu in Anantapuram district recently, Jaganmohan Reddy said that the murder took place with the active cooperation of the Government officers. So far 8 activists and leaders of YSRCP have been murdered in Anantapuram district alone after TDP came to power, he said and added: "The Government has been encouraging these attacks and murders to eliminate YSRCP leaders.'
