Nonseasonal rains lash parts of AP, TS
Vijayawada, April 24 ,2015: Untimely rains have lashed parts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on Friday destroying crops in some places and inundating low lying areas. Rains lashed seveal areas in Chittor and Guntur districts and Tirupati in AP and parts of Nalgonda, Medak and Karimnagar districts destroying crops and leaving sorrow to owners of mango orchards and paddy farmers. Several parts of Hyderabad too received rains today resulting in traffic jams at key locations. Three persons were killed in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, according to reports.
