CBI court permits Jagan to go to Jerusalem

Hyderabad, April 15 ,2015: The special CBI court on Wednesday accepted the plea of YSR Congress Party president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy to permit him to go to Jerusalem for fifteen days in June or July on a religious trip. Directing CBI to hand over the pass port to Jagan Mohan Reddy, the court asked him to surrender his passport to the court when he returns from Jerusalem. The court rejected the plea of CBI that Jagan Mohan Reddy should not be permitted to go to Jerusalem as the trial of his case in in progress.
