Vijayawada: Amaravati: The hearing regarding the CID's petition seeking custody of Chandrababu in the AP Skill Development case has been rescheduled to Wednesday noon. The Vijayawada ACB Court has specified that the case will be addressed after 1 pm today. The ACB court has clarified that it will prioritize the custody petition and subsequently address the remaining petitions. During these proceedings, the ACB court emphasized the need to avoid undue pressure to hear all the petitions simultaneously. The court considered PT warrants hearings as less urgent at this point. Chandrababu's legal team has countered the CID's custody petition. Lawyers representing Chandrababu and the CID have convened at the ACB court. CID's public prosecutor, Vivekananda, has requested additional time to present arguments on the CID's custody petition. In response, the court has scheduled lawyer Ponnavolu to appear at 1 pm.
