Amidst this, Purandeshwari, who is actively campaigning in the state, is drawing heavy flak from the YSR Congress Party government. In response to the criticism, Vijaysai Reddy, a prominent leader, took to Twitter to challenge Purandeshwari's actions and questioned her commitment to the people. Taking to Twitter, Vijaysai Reddy wrote, "Instead of rushing with flexi, the new president can fight to stop the privatization of Vizag steel plant, establish railway zone, and industrial corridor quickly! There is a benefit to the people. Why stay in one party and work for another party?" Alongside his tweet, he attached a photo, further emphasizing his point.
