Madhya Pradesh: A disturbing incident of a man stripping the feathers off a peacock in Katni, Madhya Pradesh, has sparked outrage on social media. The video of the incident, shared by the perpetrator on his social media accounts, has rapidly gone viral, attracting widespread condemnation and calls for strict action. Authorities have identified the accused and launched a search to apprehend him. Police officials are actively investigating the matter and have urged the public to provide any information that could lead to the accused's arrest. According to Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) Gaurav Sharma, the youth involved in the incident was identified based on the bike's number seen in the viral video. In the video, the accused, identified as Atul, can be seen forcefully pulling out the peacock's feathers while his friend looks on.
