TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu is optimistic about winning the General Election in 2024, or earlier if the election is held sooner. Following a meeting with union leaders of the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant on Wednesday, the former Chief Minister criticized the ruling party for allegedly harassing opposition parties and filing false cases against them. Chandrababu Naidu faulted the government led by CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and mocked Tadepalli's Palace, saying that it could be demolished in less than a minute. He cited the recent MLC election results as a bitter lesson for the ruling party. Chandrababu claimed that CM Jagan's plan to eliminate TDP from the opposition is just a dream and cannot be fulfilled. He predicted that the people of the state will send YSRCP home in the coming days. The TDP chief expressed confidence in winning the next General Election and urged the people to support his party in the upcoming polls.
