Kerala: In a shocking incident, a co-passenger was set on fire by a man aboard the Alappuzha Kannur Main Executive Express train, leaving eight others injured. The incident occurred in the D1 compartment of the train around 10:00 pm on Sunday. After the incident, the perpetrator fled the scene. Later that night, the bodies of a woman, a child, and a man were discovered on the tracks near the Elathur railway station in Kerala. It is unclear whether the three deaths are related to the earlier incident on the train. Police are investigating the incident and have found a bag containing a bottle of petrol and two mobile phones on the tracks. They have not ruled out the possibility of terrorism, but the motive for the attack is currently unknown.
