K Kavitha, the leader of BRS, has chosen to avoid the summons that were issued to her by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with the Delhi Liquor scam case. Kavitha claimed that her phone had been confiscated and her privacy had been violated. She also released a statement stating that she was ready to be questioned at her home. As a people's representative, Kavitha was disappointed that her privacy had been invaded, and she considered it a serious violation. She said, "If the ED wants to interrogate me, I am available at my residence and I am not evading it (Sic)." It's worth noting that the Supreme Court is set to hear the case on March 24. After questioning the BRS leader for nine hours on March 11, the agency summoned her to appear for further interrogation in the case on March 16.
