New Delhi: The Supreme Court has agreed to list BRS MLC K Kavitha's plea against the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) summon in the Delhi excise police case on March 24. However, the apex court has refused to grant any interim relief to her in the matter. According to the sources, the Supreme Court has agreed to hear K Kavitha's plea on March 24 but has declined to provide any interim relief. The ED has summoned K Kavitha again on March 16, and she is expected to appear before the agency for questioning. It is known that a PIL has been filed in the Supreme Court challenging ED summons to Kavitha in relation to Delhi.
