Khammam: In a heart-wrenching incident, a five-year-old boy named Banoth Bharath lost his life after being attacked by street dogs in Putani thanda of Raghunathapalem mandal. According to reports, Bharath was playing with his friends when the group of street dogs attacked him a month ago, causing injuries. His parents, B Ravinder and Sandhya failed to identify the injuries which causes him rabies. Later, he was immediately rushed him to a nearby private hospital in Khammam, where doctors advised them to take him to NIMS in Hyderabad for better treatment. Sadly, the young boy could not survive the journey to Hyderabad and he died near Suryapet while being transported on an RTC bus. The news of the tragedy has left the community in shock and grief, with the boy's body being brought back to his thanda for his last rites, which were performed on Monday. The incident highlights the growing concern over the rising number of street dogs in the
