Khushbu Sundar, a senior actress and National Executive committee member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), has been nominated as a member of the National Commission for Women (NCW) for a period of three years. The party high command recognised her contributions and offered her the key and responsible post. Expressing her happiness on being nominated, Khushbu has vowed to work hard and ensure justice for victims. She has encouraged victims to approach her directly or submit their complaints in writing to her. Importantly, she has clarified that her post is independent and has nothing to do with any political party. Khushbu's appointment to the NCW is a significant milestone for her and for the BJP.
