As the Chinese New Year of the Rabbit approaches, the China National Space Administration has released the latest pictures taken by the robotic lunar rover Yutu-2, also known as the Jade Rabbit-2, to send New Year wishes to everyone. The rover, which landed on the moon in 2019 in an area that had never been explored before, captured images of the lunar surface and collected valuable information about the air, frozen ground, gel-like rocks, and cavities on the moon. The camera fitted on the rover is capable of detecting mountains-like features on its way, and the rover has the capability of climbing up to 20-30 degrees. Over the past four years, the Yutu-2 rover has collected a wealth of information about the moon.
