Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was responding to the situation of a woman named Arudra who made an attempt on her life and claimed that she was being prevented by constables from selling her home to pay for the treatment of her daughter. Arudra and his daughter Sai Lakshmi Chandra, who has spinal issues, were called on by the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh. The Chief Minister gathered details regarding the victim's background and her current issues at his Tadepalli camp office. She reportedly received two days of treatment at Vijayawada GGH after receiving some assurance from CM Jagan.
