A brand and a new line of textiles are generally launched by businessmen in the market with a fashion show. These entrepreneurs present their textile products to the market and advertise them using well-known models in an effort to generate large sales. In the same line, the prison administration in Bolivia has adopted a novel strategy to market the clothing and other textile products made by female jail inmates. These female inmates received training before promoting the products in a fashion presentation inside the prison. The jail inmates were used as models, and they demonstrated that they were equal to the models. Following the fashion show, the textiles are being sold outside the prison, and the income generated from it are given to the inmates to meet their expenditures.
