The YSR scheme, which provides financial aid to minority women between the ages of 45 and 60 who are from SC, ST, or BC, has been approved for implementation by the Andhra Pradesh State Cabinet. In a press conference on Wednesday, the state's minister of information, Chellubouina Venugopalakrishna, announced that the cabinet had decided to allot 4,700 crore rupees for this project. The Cabinet has approved the implementation of YSR Cheyutha, construction of 100,000 homes in Greater Visakhapatnam, according to the Minister. The idea to give the disabled a 4 percent reserve was confirmed by the minister. The government will provide a bank guarantee for a loan of 1600 crores for the development of CRDA, the cabinet determined. According to the Minister, the Cabinet approved the modification of a CRDA Act provision. According to the Minister, the state would receive a total of 1.25 lakh investments and 60,000 new jobs from the industrial, power, and tourism sectors.
