All of Telangana's major political parties have concentrated on this constituency in the lead-up to the Munugode by-election. The BJP has also decided to create an electoral committee that would be able to oversee the startegies used in the Munugode by-elections. The party core committee meeting was where it was decided. According to certain sources, the Saffron party has chosen to carry out its preparations and other groundwork secretly. According to reports, Telangana BJP state president Bandi Sanjay would visit the Munugode constituency on September 11 to meet with the constituency's key leaders. Additionally, it has come to light that the BJP has organised a bike rally from Charminar to the Assembly buildings on September 15 in favour of declaring September 17 as Telangana Liberation Day.
