Following her participation in a demonstration against unemployment and inflation with other party leaders and supporters, Delhi Police detained Congress party leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra outside of the party's headquarters in Delhi, according to press reports. Priyanka Gandhi is seen being pulled by five to six female constables in the footage. The Congress general secretary was then forcibly placed in a car and driven away by police. Congress members, including the Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, staged a protest earlier in the day by marching toward the Rashtrapati Bhawan while dressed in all-black.
