Orders were issued to all government and private organisations stating that women should not be compelled to work before 7 a.m. or after 7 p.m., and employers should not dismiss them. The government has said that if women are engaged in job or duty between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m., the company or organisation must have her consent.
