Kinjarapu Atchen Naidu, a senior Telugu Desam Party (TDP) politician from Andhra Pradesh (AP), stated that he does not know whether the people of the state deliberately or unknowingly elected YS Jagan Mohan Reddy as Chief Minister. TDP State President, speaking to a large crowd at the Mahanadu Conclave in Ongole, urged people to support the TDP and elect Chandrababu Naidu as the state's Chief Minister for overall development. He stated that they are celebrating Mahanadu on the occasion of the party's founder, NT Rama Rao's, birthday. He claims that YS Jagan conspired to prevent Mahanadu from happening.
