Pongur Narayana, a former Telugu Desam Party minister and the chairman of Narayana Educational Institutions, has been detained by Andhra Pradesh police. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has claimed that opposition Telugu Desam Party – TDP leaders are responsible for the leak of class 10 exam papers. On May 5th, the Chief Minister stated at one of the gatherings in Tadepalli, "The question papers were leaked from two Narayana and three Chaitanya colleges." CM Jagan has claimed that P Narayana, a former TDP minister, is the primary person engaged in the event. He claims that question papers were leaked and distributed over Whatsapp. 'They have harmed the educational system,' claimed CM Jagan.
