Ghani, the forthcoming film starring Varun Tej, will be released on April 8. The sports drama was meant to be released on February 25, but it has been pushed back to avoid a clash with Pawan Kalyan's Bheemla Nayak. The film's producers have released two new promos announcing the film's release date. Varun Tej had an emotional encounter with his mother in the first promo. Tej's love interest is featured in the second promo. The third promo is based on action. Kiran Korrapati, a first-time filmmaker, gets behind the camera for Ghani. Varun portrays a kickboxer in the film, while Saiee Manjrekar plays his love interest. Jagapathi Babu, Upendra, Suniel Shetty, and Naveen Chandra also appear in the film. Tamannaah Bhatia makes a cameo appearance in the film in the item number Kodthe. S Thaman composed the music for Ghani, which was co-produced by Allu Bobby and Sidhu Mudda.
