Hyderabad: In a horrifying incident, a police inspector was injured severely after a car driver hit him on Tank Bund. The incident took place in the wee hours of Monday. According to the reports, Musheerabad Inspection E Jahangeer was on duty at Tank Bund. It is said that a person driving the BMW car coming from Ranigunj to the Ambedkar statue failed to control the vehicle after spotting the Inspector on the road and hit him. It is said that the inspector sustained severe head injuries and immediately shifted to the nearby hospital. He is undergoing treatment. A case was registered against the car driver and seized the vehicle.
