Plot Summary
Ravi (Ansh) is a Class 10 topper who stands first in his school and is deeply interested in studies. However, Balu and his gang, a group of troublesome youngsters from his village, expose him to obscene videos on a mobile phone. Slowly, Ravi loses focus on his studies and starts becoming more interested in girls.
Around the same time, Chitti (Vasavi Ganeshan), a girl from the same village, develops an attraction towards Ravi. As the attraction is mutual and both are at an immature age, they cross certain boundaries. They continue meeting secretly for some time.

One day, Ravi and Chitti are unexpectedly caught together in a room by their parents. How do the parents react after seeing their children in such a situation? What decisions do they take? What happens in Ravi and Chitti's lives after the incident? Do they succeed in their love? How do the mistakes they make under the influence of teenage attraction change their lives? Analysis
Director Bikshu builds the story by combining bold content and entertainment with a message aimed at young people. Since the teaser and trailer openly highlighted the film's bold side, they created certain expectations among the youth.

The first half offers two appealing songs, bold sequences and entertainment, giving its target audience plenty of engaging moments. But the film takes a noticeably different direction in the second half. The director gives considerable importance to family emotions and presents some of the situations in a touching manner.

The introduction of Ravi and Chitti, the scenes between them, Ravi's conversations with Balu's gang and Chitti's adventures with Shailu Akka provide both entertainment and some thrilling moments.
Once Ravi and Chitti's secret relationship is exposed, the major question is how the director will handle the second half. This is where the emotional aspect of the story becomes important. The film tries to explain what led Ravi and Chitti to make such mistakes and presents their circumstances in a way that helps the audience understand their actions.

The movie also addresses issues such as mobile phone addiction from a young age, bad friendships and how these influences can push children in the wrong direction. At the same time, it shows the emotional pain parents may have to go through when their children take a wrong path.

Performances
Ansh as Masinapalli Ravi and Vasavi Ganeshan as Chitti deliver natural performances. Their pairing works well on screen. Despite being newcomers, both appear comfortable in the romantic portions as well as the emotional scenes.
Chitti, in particular, comes across as a cute and appealing character. Ravi and Chitti are likely to connect well with the film's target youth audience.
Govardhan, who plays Chitti's father, and Ramesh, who plays Ravi's father, do justice to their respective roles. The supporting friends' gang provides the required entertainment.

Technical Aspects
Though Hushar Pittalu is Bikshu's debut as a director, he handles the subject with confidence. His approach to the second-half emotions and the climax is one of the film's strengths.

The music also supports the narrative well. However, one credit in the original Telugu review requires correction: it refers to Chinni Charan for the songs and background score, while available film listings and 

promotional coverage credit Charan Arjun as the music composer. 
Rudra Sai's cinematography is another positive aspect. The visuals naturally capture the rural setting and give the film a pleasant village atmosphere. Rudra Sai is also officially listed as the film's cinematographer.

Hushar Pittalu is primarily made for young audiences, but beneath its youthful and bold presentation is a message about teenage attraction, peer influence and the consequences of immature decisions.
The film makes a strong attempt to show how attraction mistaken for love at a young age can create problems not only for youngsters but also for their families.
