BRS MLC Kalwakuntla Kavitha, involved in the Delhi liquor scam, got a break when the Supreme Court said she doesn't need to respond to the ED's request right now. The court will talk about it again on the 26th. Kavitha thinks this is a political move because there are upcoming elections in Telangana. In a meeting in Nizamabad, she said it's a "Modi notice", hinting it's about politics. In March, the ED asked Kavitha many questions and took her phones. Some say the Delhi government's 2021-22 liquor rule was unfair and helped some traders who might have bribed. The Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi says that's not true.
