TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu is currently detained due to a skill development case. His legal team is now asking the AP High Court for his release on bail. Chandrababu's main lawyer, Siddhartha Luthra, wants the charges against him dropped, saying they didn't get proper permission for his arrest. However, AAG Ponnavolu argued that it's too early for bail because the case is still being looked into. The High Court has now asked the CID to give their side of the story and will listen to both parties before deciding. They've pushed the next hearing to the upcoming Tuesday. Meanwhile, the court has decided that Chandrababu will not be sent to CID's hands at least until next Monday.
