The Aditya-L1 spacecraft, which was successfully launched to study the Sun, achieved a significant milestone by performing its first earth-bound manoeuvre on Sunday. According to the latest update from ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation), the satellite is in good health and operating as expected. The next manoeuvre is planned for Tuesday at 0300 hrs IST. With a thick orange flame trailing behind, the Aditya-L1 rocket gracefully ascended into the sky. As it gained speed, a sound akin to rolling thunder reverberated, and the rocket soared higher, leaving a thick plume in its wake. Spectators gathered at the viewers' gallery cheered and clapped with pride at the awe-inspiring sight. Notably, this mission stands as one of the lengthiest undertakings for both the rocket and ISRO. Approximately 63 minutes after liftoff, the Aditya-L1 satellite was successfully deployed from the rocket. The entire mission concluded around 73 minutes after the fourth stage of the launch. The scientists behind this achievement were visibly elated
