Nalgonda: In Miryalaguda Town, a beat officer faced assault from the tractor's owner, who illegally removing soil from the forest. The incident occurred in the Kaluvapalli forest area under the Miryalaguda forest range. After the tractor accidentally damaged an electric motor's wire while extracting soil, Beat Officer Praveen Reddy offered guidance on the illegality of such actions and proposed to fix the wire. However, the tractor owner, Subbarao, and his associates arrived, verbally abused and physically attacked the officer, demanding to know why the tractor was stopped. The injured officer was taken to Miryalaguda Area Hospital, and a police case has been filed for investigation.
