Madhya Pradesh: In a distressing incident, a fire broke out on the Rani Kamalapati - Hazrat Nizamuddin Vande Bharat Express during its journey to Delhi. A blaze in the battery box of the Vande Bharat Express resulted in a fire erupting in the train's engine. The incident prompted an immediate stoppage of the train at Kurwai Kethora station Visuals showed passengers waiting outside the train while attempts were made to douse the flames. Thankfully, all passengers were unharmed, and the fire was contained to the battery box. Indian Railways confirmed that the train will be examined and dispatched once deemed safe for travel.
