PhonePe, the popular online payments app, has raised objections to the unauthorized utilization of its name and logo in posters targeting Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. These posters have been part of an ongoing poster war between the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Congress. In response, PhonePe has called for the removal of the posters and issued a warning regarding potential legal consequences. Expressing their concerns on Monday, PhonePe stated that they strongly objected to the unapproved use of their brand logo by any third party, whether political or non-political. The company emphasized that such unauthorized usage would be met with appropriate legal action. PhonePe further urged the Congress, in particular, to remove the posters in question.
