In a recent development, the High Court has refused to grant a stay on the Group-III and Group-IV notifications, emphasizing that the recruitment process must proceed unhindered. The decision came after 101 job seekers approached the court, seeking the removal of typist-assistant posts from Group-III and Group-IV. The court clarified that the amendment made last year to the 2015 Government Order (GO) led to the elimination of the typist-assistant designation in these groups. Consequently, the court struck down the 55 and 136 GOs issued last year and directed the implementation of the older orders.
