On Tuesday, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy inaugurated the 'Jaganannaku Chebudham' complaints cell, providing residents with a direct line to the Chief Minister's Office to voice their grievances. By dialing the hotline number 1902, individuals can now reach out to the state government with their concerns. However, the new hotline faced skepticism from TDP politburo member Varla Ramaiah, who attempted to test the service during a press conference attended by various media representatives. Despite multiple attempts to connect with the Chief Minister's Office using both a landline and a mobile phone, Ramaiah was unable to establish contact through the toll-free number 1902. In light of his experience, Ramaiah expressed sarcastic criticism towards the YSRCP administration led by Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy. He questioned the legitimacy and operational efficiency of the recently implemented complaints cell, casting doubts on the state government's initiative.
