The tweet, which has since been deleted, showed a large cloud that appeared to be from a bomb explosion that had been transformed into a figure with blue skin and a garland of severed heads around her neck - all features that are characteristic of the Hindu deity - in a pose similar to Marilyn Monroe's iconic stance. Indian Twitter users accused the Ukrainian Army of insulting their religion and demanded an apology, with some calling for intervention from External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar.
