Hyderabad: The main accused in the former MP YS Vivekananda Reddy's murder case, Erra Gangireddy, made an appearance before the CBI court on Friday. It is learnt that Gangireddy, who had been out on bail, was instructed by the Telangana High Court to surrender before the CBI court by May 5 after his bail was cancelled. The CBI argued that Gangireddy posed a threat to witnesses. After hearings, the court ordered his surrender, and failure to comply would result in his arrest. Gangireddy was accompanied by Sunil Yadav and Umashankar Reddy and Shiva Shankar Reddy, who are co-accused in the case, during today's hearing.
