The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, has announced the release of jagananna vasathi deevena funds on April 26th. During a public meeting in Narpala, Anantapur district, the Chief Minister took the opportunity to criticize his political rival, Chandrababu Naidu, the leader of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP). In his speech, CM Jagan accused Chandrababu Naidu of resorting to old tactics to deceive the public once again. He specifically targeted Naidu's oft-repeated dialogue, "Job Kavali ante Babu Ravali" (If you want a job, vote for Babu), and mocked him for failing to fulfill his promises. The Chief Minister also took a swipe at Chandrababu Naidu for his election ads during the 2014 elections and accused him of cheating farmers after becoming the Chief Minister of the state by not fulfilling his promises.
