Hyderabad: In a significant development in the ongoing Kodi Kathi case, NIA officials have informed the court that there was no conspiracy involved in the attack on CM Jagan at Visakhapatnam airport in 2019. The officials revealed that Harshavardhan, the owner of the restaurant, had no involvement in the incident, and the accused Srinivasa Rao acted alone on personal grounds, rather than as a TDP sympathizer. It is learnt that the NIA officials requested to dismiss the petition filed by CM Jagan in relation to the attack. While the lawyers for CM Jagan have requested time for further arguments, the next hearing has been postponed until the 17th of this month.
