According to the state minister for industries, commerce, and information technology, K. T. Rama Rao, Telangana has secured the top spot in terms of per capita income for the year 2022-23. Minister KTR shared on Twitter that Telangana has witnessed a remarkable increase in per capita income from Rs.1.24 lakh in 2014-15 to Rs.3.17 lakh in 2022-23. The Minister further added that Telangana's growth in per capita income by 155 percent is the highest among all the states in India. In his tweet, he praised the Chief Minister KCR for leading the state towards economic growth and making it the best-performing state in the country.
