New Delhi: On Monday, BRS MLC K Kavitha appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the Delhi excise policy-related money laundering case. This was her second round of questioning by the ED, following her initial questioning on March 11. Kavitha is the daughter of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and is a 44-year-old MLC. Last week, Kavitha skipped her scheduled deposition citing a pending plea before the Supreme Court seeking relief against the ED's actions in the case. The case revolves around the alleged laundering of money in connection with the Delhi government's excise policy. The ED has been investigating the case and has already questioned several individuals, including Kavitha.
