Janhvi and Boney Kapoor's Heartfelt Tributes to Sridevi on Her 5th Death Anniversary
Janhvi Kapoor, daughter of late legendary actress Sridevi, paid a heartfelt tribute to her mother on the occasion of her 5th death anniversary. The picture shared by Janhvi features her lovingly gazing at her mother, who looks stunning in a cream-hued saree, while Janhvi herself looks gorgeous in a multi-coloured outfit. The emotional note shared by Janhvi alongside the picture reads, “I still look for you everywhere mumma, still do everything I do hoping I’m making you proud. Everywhere I go, and everything I do- it starts and ends with you,” followed by a red-heart emoticon.
On the occasion of Sridevi's death anniversary, her husband and noted film producer Boney Kapoor also took to Instagram to share a portrait of the late actress. In his caption, he wrote, “You left us 5 years back …… your love and memories will keep us going and will remain with us forever.”
Sridevi, who was one of the most celebrated actresses of her time, passed away on February 24, 2018, in Dubai, where she was attending a family wedding. She was just 54 years old at the time of her demise. Her sudden and untimely death shook the entire nation, and her fans continue to mourn her loss even after five years.
