Members of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) staged protests in Hyderabad on Sunday, February 12, 2023, against industrialist Gautam Adani and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, alleging fraudulent practices by the Adani group. The protesters, who were later detained by the police in Hyderabad, demanded a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) investigation into the claims made against Adani's business conglomerate in the Hindenburg research report. The Kejriwal-led party also organized similar protests across several states in the country, seeking a JPC probe into the allegations of fraud contained in the Hindenburg report.
