Hyderabad: Actor-turned-politician and BJP leader Babu Mohan has responded to a viral audio clip in which he is allegedly heard abusing a BJP worker. During a media interaction, Babu Mohan refuted the claims and stated that the audio was intentionally spread by someone seeking to defame him. He emphasized that the voice in the audio clip was not his and asked media outlets to refrain from broadcasting fake news that could harm a person's reputation and the credibility of the media itself. Instead, Babu Mohan suggested that the media should focus on reporting on pressing issues facing the people. Previously, the audio clip of former MLA Babu Mohan caused a stir on social media, with many alleging that it was him using abusive language towards Jogipet BJP's Venkataramana. In the audio, Babu Mohan is heard making claims about his status as a state leader and highlighting his accomplishments during his time as a minister in Andole.
