CM YS Jagan Couple Pays Tribute to MLC Talasila Raghuram's Wife

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy paid a visit to the family of YSRCP General Secretary and MLC Talasila Raghuram following the passing of his wife, Swarnakumari. Jagan, accompanied by his wife YS Bharathi, expressed his condolences to the bereaved family and offered his support.

Earlier in the day, Jagan expressed his shock over the news of Swarnakumari's death and paid tribute to her during a visit to Gollapudi in Vijayawada. The Chief Minister also recognized Talasila's contribution to the political sphere, having given him the opportunity to serve as an MLC in the 2021 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council elections.

The loss is a great setback for Talasila, who was unanimously elected as an MLC on December 8, 2021, after being allotted a ticket by the party on November 13, 2021.
