Karnataka police deployed in Nara Lokesh's Yuvagalam Padayatra
TDP National General Secretary Nara Lokesh's Yuvagalam padayatra continues in the Kuppam constituency of Chittoor district. On the third day of the padayatra, Lokesh and his team reached the villages of Shantipuram mandal.
Due to the area's proximity to the border with Karnataka, heavy security measures were put in place for Nara Lokesh's padayatra. The DSP, rope party, and constables of the Karnataka Police department were deployed to the Kuthegani village to ensure the safety of the padayatra and smooth traffic flow.
According to the police, the deployment was made as the area lies within a 3-kilometer radius of the border. They stated that they had received strict orders from their superiors and were committed to providing security and managing traffic.
