Bengaluru: Tollywood Nandamuri Taraka Ratna is currently undergoing treatment through extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) at Narayana Hospital in Bengaluru. According to reports, nearly 95% of his heart is blocked, and ECMO is being used to provide artificial respiration and supply blood and oxygen to his body. Taraka Ratna suffered a massive cardiac arrest during TDP leader Nara Lokesh's Yuvagalam Padayatra and was initially treated at a private hospital in Chittoor. However, due to the severity of his condition, he was later transferred to Bengaluru in a special ambulance for better treatment during the midnight.
