TDP MP Rammohan Naidu has alleged that the ruling YSRCP party is intimidated by the upcoming padayatra of TDP National General Secretary Nara Lokesh. Rammohan Naidu, along with TDP state president Atchennaidu, attended Lokesh's birthday celebrations in Tekkali on Monday. During the event, Naidu alleged that apart from other constituencies, the YSRCP is threatened by the likely potential loss of the Pulivendula constituency in the upcoming assembly election. He also mocked the YSRCP's confidence in winning all 175 assembly seats and questioned their decision to obstruct Lokesh's padayatra with the release of a controversial government order. Furthermore, Rammohan Naidu criticized the YSRCP's three and a half years in governance, claiming that many promises made to unemployed youth and others have yet to be fulfilled. He emphasized that Lokesh's "Yuva Galam" padayatra is meant to support the youth of the state and will take place despite any obstacles created by the government. Rammohan Naidu urged the public to support the padayatra
