The actor turned politician Nandamuri Balakrishna has received a grand welcome by his admirers, TDP members from Ongole and the neighbouring areas at Ongole for the pre-release event of the film Veera Simha Reddy on Friday When Balakrishna arrived at Ongole, he was greeted with cheers by the party activists and admirers. Some fans attempted to approach Balakrishna to get a sight of him, snap photographs, give him flowers, and wrap shawls around his neck, despite the security. During the procedure, one of the fans slightly angered Balakrishna by wrapping a shawl around him without his permission. The actor's gesture made it clear that he was disappointed. However, he kept his composure. Balakrishna kissed a baby who had travelled with her father in another location. A police officer was also seen showing interest taking with actor.
