Watch: Chandrababu loses cool, strongly argued with DSP in Kuppam
TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu will begin his tour to the Kuppam constituency. The meeting and rally at Shantipuram in the constituency were not authorised by the police. Yesterday, the YSRCP administration issued a GO prohibiting meetings and demonstrations. The meeting with Chandrababu was prohibited, according to the police.
The former Chief Minister has now arrived in Kuppam. The party followers have grandly welcomed him. Chandrababu became enraged with DSP after learning that the rally and meeting were prohibited. At one point, Chandrababu also lost his composure. The DSP, on the other hand, did his best to describe the local conditions and restrictions imposed by the government.
To ensure the success of the public meeting, a significant number of TDP supporters arrived in Kuppam. They are being stopped everywhere by the cops. Lathicharge was additionally used in select locations.
