Telangana: Man attacks woman with knife for rejecting marriage proposal

Kazipet: In a horrifying incident, a man brutally attacked a girl with a knife over her neck and chest after the girl refused his marriage proposal. The nerve-wracking incident took place in Kazipet, Warangal. According to the sources, the accused identified as Srinivas, a resident of Ramnagar, Kadipikonda village, Kazipet attacked a girl of the same village after she refused his marriage proposal.

The woman sustained severe injuries over her neck and chest. The locals immediately shifted her to a private hospital in Hanamkonda and her condition is critical. The victim's family members thrashed the accused and handed him over to the police. The police registered a case and an investigation is underway.
