It was stated about two years ago that Pawan Kalyan and director Harish Shankar would be working together on a movie titled "Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh." However, no filming for it ever started. There were rumours that it had been postponed. However, the film underwent various adjustments and was given a new name. A fresh title and poster were making the rounds on social media. The movie is currently titled as "Ustaad Bhagat Singh." Today ( December 11) was the film's official launch date. The actor and the entire cast are seen performing puja in the muhurat ceremony video as they prepare to start filming. Devi Sri Prasad is the song composer for the movie. According to numerous media news stories, Harish Shankar was motivated to develop a new narrative by a Tamil film.
