This afternoon in Hyderabad, Ghattamaneni Krishna, also known as Superstar Krishna, was cremated with all customary state honours. The last rituals were performed in the Maha Prasthanam in Hyderabad's Film Nagar by Mahesh Babu, his son and the actor. The funeral received full state honours from the Telangana government. A cannon salute was fired when the national flag was laid over Krishna's body before to the cremation. Families who had lost a loved one were there at the funeral. Krishna passed away early on Tuesday. He was 79. The Tollywood industry as a whole showed respect. Other well-known lawmakers and chief ministers also paid their respects.. He had acted in more than 360 movies and produced a large number of movies.
